1. Provider

BuildWise (Mészáros & Szemők Kft.) — marketing and content creation services for athletes, sports clubs and academies.

2. Services

Paid advertising, social & creative content, video production, marketing strategy, AI automation, measurement and reporting.

3. Quotes and contracts

Submitting a contact form or sending an email does not constitute a contract. Specific terms are set out in an individual quote.

4. Fees and payment

Fees are specified in the individual quote. Payment is due within 8–15 days of invoice issuance.

5. Delivery

Delivery deadlines are set out in the quote. In case of delay, the parties will discuss.

6. Liability

BuildWise acts to the best of its professional knowledge. We do not guarantee specific marketing results (e.g. reach, conversions), as these also depend on external factors.

7. Copyright

Copyright of delivered content transfers to the client after full payment, unless otherwise agreed.

8. Disputes

The parties will primarily attempt to resolve disputes amicably. Hungarian law applies.
